Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using MHL Club(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or team, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You sign in using your mobile phone number and are responsible for keeping access to that number and your account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate these Terms.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users, or post hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use the messaging and invitation tools to contact people without a lawful basis or their consent.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape, or disrupt or overload the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others, or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — profiles, posts, messages, images, and game data (“User Content”). You grant MHL Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

The Service lets you send SMS and email invitations and team updates, and to use the MitchAil assistant to draft and generate content. You are responsible for the recipients you choose and the messages you send, and for complying with anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the US). AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before sending or relying on it.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by MHL Club and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate. Hockey and related activities carry inherent risks; you participate at your own risk and MHL Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from games, teams, or events organized through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHL Club and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHL Club from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, the messages you send, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MHL Club is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections available to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
